Community Healing Circle in Zug - by donation

WHO IS IT FOR:

The circle is open for men and women, beginners or experienced meditators. Women, you are encouraged to bring your men into the circle. 

Perhaps you are going through challenging period in your life, or feeling doubtful or unsure about your next step forward. 

Perhaps you are feeling alright, quite neutral, all is fine and you just want to connect with others in meaningful way.

Or perhaps you are feeling joyful and happy in your life and want to share your sparkles with others in community setting. 

All is welcomed here and whatever stage you are in your life right now, you are welcome to bring your presence to the circle. 

WHAT TO EXPECT: 

Enjoy sharing or just being in collective healing energy. 

You do not need to talk or share if you don't feel like it. Simply sitting in the circle and observing the process is healing on its own. 

After opening ceremony we will relax with simple breathing techniques and learn proper meditation posture. We proceed with expanding electromagnetic field of the heart  and creating collective healing intention for ourselves, others and all living beings including our planet. If needed, we might bring specific intention or emotion in depending on the collective energy in the room. 

The practice is a very simple yet powerful way to raise your personal vibrations benefiting your life on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

The circle will conclude with freshly brewed herbal tea and plant based snacks for grounding and supporting healing process integration.
