New Moon Women's Healing Circle

WHAT TO EXPECT:  

Arrive in your pj's with the warm cup of tea. Have your soft blanket ready, pillow for your back if you need to. Light a candle. Pick an essential oil that feels good to you at this time. Air out the room, bless it with the sage or palo santo. Eliminate any distractions and ensure private space for yourself. This is your sacred time.  

Arrive to our collective space in silence, slowly, softly, brave.  

Below sequence have been crafted to take you on the inner journey to deep physical relaxation, calm emotions, mental rest and deepening Divine spiritual connection.   It is your time of rest on all levels.  

I recommend to go straight to bed right after our circle, without internet browsing. This is to ensure that energy imprints and high vibrations  we have raised during this collective experience will provide you with the lasting benefits.  

SEQUENCE OF THE EVENT: 

8:30pm - Gathering on Zoom, intro to the process.  8:40pm - Opening Ceremony (breathwork & dance meditation) 9:00pm - Seven Chakra Activation & Harmonisation 9:30pm - Vagus Nerve Nourishment Self Massage (essential oil recommended) 9:45pm - Closing Ceremony (Humming Heart Sutra Mantra) 9:55pm - Whats in Your Heart Sharing Circle (warm tea time)
