A refresher for those who have taken Level 1 or Level 2 Reiki and have forgotten or lack confidence in working with Reiki energy healing modality.

During this 2 hours workhop we will review:

- 7 chakra system

- hands on positions for self healing

- guided meditation technique on raising personal auric fields by expanding electromagnetic energy of the heart

- setting up of your own sacred meditation space at home

- energetic cleansing and protection of your personal space

*BONUS* The workshop is concluded with Reiki level 1 attunement for each student.
