Reiki Levels Explained:

Reiki is typically taught and practiced in a structured system with different levels or degrees.

There are typically three main levels or degrees of Reiki, often followed by an optional master level.

Here's an explanation of each Reiki level:

Reiki Level 1 - First Degree (Shoden):

• Initiation: At this level, you receive an initiation or attunement from a Reiki Master. This process opens your energy channels and connects you to the Reiki energy.

• Training: You learn the basic principles and techniques of Reiki, including hand positions for self-healing and healing others. You become familiar with the energy centers (chakras) and how to use Reiki for stress reduction and relaxation.

• Self-Healing: Reiki Level 1 primarily focuses on self-healing. You'll practice self-treatment and gain an understanding of how to maintain your own energy balance.

Reiki Level 2 - Second Degree (Okuden):

• Initiation: After completing Level 1 and practicing it for a while, you can progress to Level 2. In this level, you receive additional attunements to further enhance your connection to Reiki energy.

• Training: At Level 2, you learn to use sacred symbols and mantras that increase the power and focus of Reiki energy. You'll also receive instruction on distant healing, which allows you to send Reiki energy to people, situations, or events regardless of physical proximity.

• Professional Practice: Level 2 enables you to practice Reiki professionally if desired. Many Level 2 practitioners offer Reiki sessions to others and may charge fees for their services.

Reiki Level 3 - Master/Teacher Level (Shinpiden):

• Initiation: In Level 3, you receive additional attunements, often referred to as the Master attunements. These attunements further amplify your connection to Reiki energy.

• Training: Level 3 is divided into two parts. In the first part, you learn advanced techniques, symbols, and mantras. The second part is focused on the teaching aspect, where you learn how to give attunements and teach Reiki to others.

• Teaching and Mentoring: Reiki Level 3 qualifies you as a Reiki Master/Teacher, allowing you to initiate and teach students at all levels of Reiki. You can guide and mentor others on their Reiki journey.

Optional: Reiki Master/Teacher Level (RMT):

• Some Reiki practitioners choose to go beyond Level 3 by pursuing an additional level known as the Reiki Master/Teacher level. This level focuses on deepening your understanding of Reiki, mastering the techniques, and preparing you to train and attune others to Reiki.

REIKI LEVEL ONE - 1 DAY COURSE ( 10 hours* )

• Initiation into Reiki Level 2

REIKI LEVEL THREE & MASTER TEACHER - 7-DAY COURSE ( 50 hours* ) 

• Advanced Reiki symbols, techniques, mantras

• Sacred initiation ceremony of attuning others into Reiki Levels 1, 2, 3 and Master Teacher

• Each day is structured into specific steps on how to teach Reiki to others.

• Creating your own manuals

• Certification Process

• Ethics & and integrity of the teaching practice

• Setting up your professional Reiki healing practice tips & and resources

• Initiation into Reiki Level 3 and Reiki Master Teacher

Additional Training - CHAKRA CRYSTAL ANALYSIS COURSE: ​

Chakra Crystal Analysis & Balancing certification training is a program designed to provide individuals with the knowledge, skills, and credentials to become proficient in using crystals and gemstones for chakra healing and balancing. This training includes the following components:

Understanding the Chakra System:

• The training begins with a comprehensive understanding of the chakra system, including the locations, colors, attributes, and associations of each of the seven main chakras. Students learn how imbalances or blockages in these energy centers can affect physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

Crystal Selection and Properties:

• Students are educated on the properties of various crystals and gemstones. They learn how to select crystals that align with each chakra's energy and how different crystals can support healing and balance.

Assessment Techniques:

• Training includes methods for assessing chakra imbalances. This can involve intuitive sensing, using dowsing tools like pendulums, or other assessment methods to determine the state of the chakras in a client or oneself.

Chakra Crystal Layouts and Patterns - Sacred Geometry: 

• Students are taught how to create crystal layouts and patterns for each chakra. This includes understanding the placement of crystals on or around the body, as well as specific arrangements to enhance energy flow and chakra alignment.

Energy Healing Techniques:

• This Certification program covers energy healing techniques and other forms of vibrational therapies ( sound, scent, mantras). These techniques are combined with the use of crystals to facilitate chakra activation and balancing.

Client Interaction and Ethics:

• Training emphasizes the importance of client-practitioner relationships and ethical considerations. This includes how to communicate effectively with clients, obtain informed consent, and maintain confidentiality.

Practical Experience:

• Students engage in hands-on practice, both in class and through supervised sessions. This practical experience helps them develop their skills and gain confidence in using crystals for chakra balancing.

Meditation and Visualization:

• Training includes meditation and visualization techniques to help practitioners develop their intuitive and healing abilities. These techniques are used to connect with the energy of the crystals and chakras.

Self-Care and Maintenance:

• Students learn how to practice self-care and maintain their own energy balance. This is essential for practitioners to stay grounded and healthy while working with clients.

Certification and Assessment:

• To receive certification, students will need to complete assessments, demonstrating their ability to assess and balance chakras using crystals.
